- Complete an invoice at the end of each month, indicating which Vacancy4U guests stayed.
- Your property's telephone number and contact details are displayed immediately after an enquiry is made.
- Enquiries emailed to you. Free SMSes can also be sent to you when an enquiry is made.
How Our Advertising Fees Work
- At the end of each month we will ask you to notify us of the
enquiries which have resulted in bookings during the past month.
- We understand that not all enquiries result in bookings. You
will only be invoiced when visitors referred through Vacancy4U
have been confirmed by you as actually having stayed at your property.
- We will only invoice you after the persons have stayed. We
do not seek payment in advance for any booking.
If this fee is in excess of 10% of your rate please contact
us for special pricing.
