The Old Malcolms Inn is located in the lost village of Stuart Mill, nestled in the scenic Pyrenees Ranges in Victoria's Goldfields region. The B&B is a faithfully restored heritage building from the goldrush era, a charming old hotel and general store, with a lovely old world ambience , but with all the comforts expected by the modern traveler.
The rooms are spacious, unusual and well appointed with quality linen and fittings.
They are airconditioned and have full ensuites.
The Attic suite is a traditional style of B&B room, located in the main building yet privately located up a winding staircase --a cosy retreat with views ofthe surrounding valley and hills.
The separate Cottage is perfect for honeymooners, or romantics of all kinds with its spa, open fire and four poster bed.
Nearby are the Pyrenees wineries which are fast gaining re[utations for excellent wines, and the new St.Arnaud Range National Park surrounds the area.
Visitors can experience the splendour of unspoilt Australian Bush in all its natural beauty, before the fame of the area brings throngs of tourists.
The Old Malcolms Inn is a lovely escape , a place to unwind and enjoy the history and heritage of a bygone era.
