Self-Contained Unit accommodation (Seaford)

Architect designed, luxuriously appointed near-new 3 BR 3 storey beachside townhouse. Ideal for weekends, holidays, romantic getaways, short term rental, executive relocations etc etc. Easy to get to, close to many attractions and great shopping. Easy access to Melbourne City & Morn Penninsula. Sleeps 6.

Your accommodation (first guests March 2005!) comprises complete luxury over three levels.

Although the townhouse is conveniently located near a number of takeaway shops, close to a Supermarket, and a short drive to a Food Star (All You Can Eat) Restaurant, it is fully equipped for self catering with all your home-away-from-home facilities for pampering yourself.

The townhouse has;
*Smeg Stainless Steel cooking appliances
[electric oven and gas cooktop and glass splashbacks]
*Dishwasher.
*Stainless Steel microwave oven
*Kettle, toaster, and sandwich maker.
*Refrigerator.
*Washing machine and dryer.
*Ironing facilities.
*Large TV (68 cm) with video / DVD and surround sound system.
*51 cm TV with video / DVD in parents suite upstairs
*Air conditioning [heating / cooling main level] and heating units in all bedrooms.

Entry is on the lower level, where there is your secure car accommodation (remote garage with internal access), the laundry, and a bedroom which has bunk beds.

The second level has a balcony, the main living, dining and kitchen area, as well as the second bedroom and the main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The second bedroom also has two single beds.

The third level comprises the master bedroom suite, with its own private balcony looking towards the sea, a TV with video and DVD, your own bar-fridge and kettle and coffee making facilities, and walk through robes to the beautiful ensuite.
