Ashby House Motor Inn is only a five minute walk to Tamworth CBD and offers absolute comfort and quality service with its deluxe and executive accommodation. All of our rooms are attractively furnished in an elegant country style with all modern conveniences, as well as the latest communications technology, Austar TV and free video library.

Guest facilities include a laundry with dry cleaning service, a barbeque area and in-ground salt water swimming pool with spa set in lovely gardens, as well as an
award winning a la carte restaurant and licensed cocktail bar. Our Tamworth restaurant and cocktail bar is open to the public and in-house guests for dinner from 6.00 pm Monday through to Saturday. Breakfast is available to in-house guests seven days a week and is served to the rooms or on the verandah.

Ashby House is one of the best places to stay in Tamworth for the internationally renowned Tamworth Country Music Festival held in January each year as it is located in the heart of town and close to performance venues, so be sure to book in advance.

As a major centre in the New England region of NSW, Tamworth offers a variety of attractions including galleries, exhibitions, museums, jazz and classical music recitals and quality craft and produce markets.
