Want to escape to the countryside? You can't go past the comfort and charm of Ginninderry Park; our beautifully manicured gardens and 4.5 star accommodation evoke another world! This luxurious homestead comprises four queen ensuite rooms (Deluxe or Superior) all tastefully decorated with antiques and sumptuous soft furnishings – perfect for groups or a quiet weekend away. This 70 acre property is just 15-20 minutes from Canberra city and its many attractions and only 5km to a major shopping centre and restaurants.

Chat or doze away in a comfortable chair on the verandah, stroll through the gracious gardens, or relax on one of the many garden benches or beside the trickling creek. Enjoy the calm – simply magical… Why not enjoy a scenic flight with Aquila Helicopters leaving from our very own helipad!

Superior Rooms (2)
AU$220-$260 including a generous self serve continental breakfast.
Our guests just love these large ensuite rooms; their French doors offer wonderful views of the meandering creek and hills where the kangaroos reside. Fine furnishings including a small dining table, lounge and the other antiques make for a worldly feel. Also offering beautiful sheets, evaporative cooler and DVD player. Why not make for a superior stay? Treat yourself.

Deluxe Rooms (2)
AU$165-$205 including a generous self serve continental breakfast.
Our deluxe queen ensuite rooms are cosy and comfortable with views of the manicured gardens. Stylishly decorated with antiques and soft furnishings.

The Bed & Breakfast tariff includes use of the communal formal lounge room, upstairs sitting area (with continental breakfast provisions and tea/coffee making facilities), verandah and surrounding gardens.

Room facilities include: Linen, television, electric blanket, oil heater, pedestal fan, iron and alarm clock.

Breakfast Upgrades
The Complete Breakfast (a served selection of cooked and continental offerings, a real feast…) is available on request (additional charge, minimum two guests dining).

All tariffs are for two adults sharing a queen room/bed.
Corporate/single - Subtract $10 from rate per night.
Group Self Contained and B&B rates available on request.
Extra person (adult retreat; 12+ only unless group booking) sharing room - $70/person/night.
Two night minimum for weekend bookings unless room available at short notice.

Interlude Package
Additional $75 per package
Be welcomed with champagne and chocolates on arrival, have fresh flowers and a surprise gift box in your room. Relax in a pure rain water shower with bathrobe. For multiple nights, have your room serviced the following day. Treat yourself for that special occasion…

Check-in is after 3.00 pm and check-out is before 11.00 am.
Early check-ins and late check-outs are available at $20.00/room/hour (with prior arrangement only), this includes access to the property and surrounds.

Self Contained Package
(Breakfast not included, minimum 2 nights)
This package offers use of all four queen rooms (one with additional double sofa bed) with ensuite, one additional single trundle bed (suitable for an adult) and four additional standard trundle beds (suitable for teenagers) with all linen.

This package also includes exclusive use of the kitchen, dining room, large games room, laundry, courtyard with BBQ and spa (all not included in any other package), formal lounge and upstairs sitting room.

Rate (AU$): $900 per night for up to 10 people, each additional person $50, maximum 15 people.
