Set on ½ an acre, it is quiet & peaceful with lots of native birds like colourful rosella’s, swift parrots, Laughing kookaburra’s and so many more. Take a short stroll to beautiful Belgrave Lake Park, where you can feed the ducks.

There is over 300km of bush walking tracks through out the National Park. From short strolls to hiking up The Thousand Steps which starts in the Ferntree Gully Picnic Ground at Upper Ferntree Gully. Maps are available.
Tremendous Mountain Ash eucalyptus trees and Ancient tree ferns add to this to this exceptionally serene and tranquil destination.
If you are lucky you may spot a Lyrebird while walking to Sherbrooke Falls.
Or have a picnic / barbeque and start your bushwalking at one of the many scenic and peaceful picnic grounds alongside the cool clear waters of Sassafras Creek.
A short drive to the Olinda Falls Picnic Ground will give you access to the bubbling rock waterfalls along the Olinda creek.
Beautifully located at Belgrave Lake Park, just a 25minute walk to Belgrave station where you can catch the train to the city or ride on Puffing Billy. Or simply enjoy the town, eat in one of the numerous restaurants, watch a movie at cameo cinema and much more.
