 House accommodation (Guilderton)

A beach house in the quiet town of Guilderton, less than 100kms north of Perth. Ideal for families or that quiet weekend away. Close to all amenities, with views to the ocean.

Gee Street is situated in a quiet cul de sac and is less than 200 metres from the beach .

It is close to all amenities. The "roadhouse" is a 5 minute walk and the general store and river mouth estuary a 10 minute walk. There is a boat ramp located within the carpark at the river mouth estuary, giving access to the river only.

The Guilderton Club is an easy 10 minute walk away and is open to the public; meals are available Friday and Saturday nights. There are also tennis courts, bowling greens and a golf course located adjacent to the club.

The house layout consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen/dining family open area, lounge, laundry and bathroom, and a large veranda.
The lounge is a separate room and enables children to "relax" in a separate area to adults.
