 House accommodation (Ocean Grove)

Experience the cottage comforts at 'Lavender Cottage' by the Sea. The Cottage is a fully self contained 3 (large) bedroom home accommodating 8 comfortably. Accommodation comprises two queen sized double rooms together with one large family bedroom comprising trio bunk (double bed on bottom and single bed on top) one single bed (two folding beds available) accommodating a total of eight or ten if using the folding beds.

'Lavender Cottage' by the sea is comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The super stainless steel 'Chef's Kitchen' is well equipped with fan forced oven, dishwasher, jarrah bench tops and a full range of crockery, cutlery, utensils, and recipe book collection for those who like to create beautiful meals. A range of dried herbs and spices are at your fingertips, together with pantry supplies. A dining table seating 8 completes the large kitchen/dining area.

A fully self contained studio is also optionally available (depending on the numbers you wish to accommodate). The studio is set up for a couple and comprises a double bed, small bathroom and kitchen/living area.

For those who don't like to cook, an abundance of restaurants and take-away foods are on your doorstep. The Cottage also provides a library of magazines, CD's, books, games, videos, TV & video, fully equipped laundry, mains gas BBQ and outdoor furniture for those long summer nights on the deck. The Cottage has evaporative cooling to all rooms and gas heating.

All tariffs include linen, tea and coffee etc. Tasty breakfast basket for first mornings breakfast with all bookings, plus bottle of Bellarine Peninsula Wine, and clean fresh linen and towels. The outdoor area has a deluxe barbeque and outdoor dining table completing a relaxing area for happy hour and long summer barbeques.
