The upstairs bathroom is an extravagantly appointed modern bathroom with European influences including designer stainless steel pedestal vanity with glass bowl, large open shower, and imported Italian glass chip tiles throughout. The downstairs bathroom is similarly appointed and adjoins the bedroom.
Open fireplace in living area and split system heating and cooling unit in the living area and upstairs bedroom.

Breakfast provisions provided for the first morning: Fresh bread, milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, sugar, butter, preserves. Also a welcoming platter of cheese, dip and crackers.
