SHOALWATER HOUSE, the big friendly 5 bedroom two storey beach house, is the perfect Western Australian holiday accommodation. Located in the seaside suburb of Shoalwater, west of Rockingham and 48 km south of the Perth CBD. By car and freeway this is an easy 40-45 minute trip.

Shoalwater is located on the tranquil shores of Shoalwater Bay. The house is literally a 'stones throw' from the Indian Ocean and has fantastic views of the Shoalwater Islands Marine Park. Look south along Shoalwater Beach and see people walking to Penguin Island, look west to see sea lions on Seal Island and look north to see the waves breaking on Point Peron. The scenery here is truly outstanding!! A camera is a must!

This is a house with personality and heart. It has irrisistable charm. Live in absolute comfort while you take pleasure in the magic of Shoalwater Bay. This big friendly beach house is just the perfect place to enjoy a memorable holiday!

The house easily accommodates up to eight people in style and comfort and the owner can accommodate extra people, in the bedrooms, for $15 per person per night.

+ Complete laundry inside the house (washing machine, iron, ironing board).
+ Upstairs balcony with the best of the amazing ocean views!!!
+ A Double garage - one side is set up with a pool table and the other is for your vehicle. Each garage has a roller door for added security
+ Big covered patio style outdoor entertaining area with 4 burner BBQ (gas supplied).
+ Landscaped garden.

+ Fans and heating in all bedrooms.
+ Bedside cupboard, bedside light and lots of wardrobe space in all bedrooms.
+ Four TVs, DVD player, CD stereo system (5 CD stacker), extra CD system and a VCR.
+ Enclosed cot in bedroom 5.
+ Pram/stroller and a high chair.
+ Telephone service IN (for OUT calls you can purchase a TELTRA pre-paid home account service - contact 1800 065 908 for details).

+ Dog compatible backyard - for a friendly canine. Dog house and bowls etc. Please ask the owner for approval.
+ Dinghy, oars and life-jackets are available on request and it is just a 50m walk to where you can launch the boat.
