Self-Contained Unit accommodation (Shoal Bay)

Lovely 2 bedroom unit in quiet block of 8 units set in a peaceful leafy street just 75m walk to the beach.
Fully self contained. Queen bed, Double bed and Double bunk bed.
Only minutes from shops and restaurants.

Min 2 nights weekends.

The longer you stay the more you save!

Rates include sheets and towels for 2 persons in queen bed. Extra sheets and towels are charged at $10pp per stay.

First time visitors are required to pay a $500.00 bond by either credit card or cash. This is to cover any loss or damage to the unit or loss or damage to equipment in the unit caused during the period of your stay. It is also to cover any excess cleaning, including deodorising of cigarette odours, which may be required following your stay. Any refund of bond will be returned to your credit card by electronic refund or to your bank by direct deposit and is available for collection from 2pm on day of departure following cleaning and satisfactory inspection of the property. Any deduction will be made from your bond as agreed on your Guest Register card. No refund of payments if Bond is not provided.
