Designed by the celebrated architect, Walter Barda, Ningaloo is one of the most luxurious homes on Sydney’s prestigious Whale Beach.

Expansive beach and ocean views from the living areas and bedrooms over three split levels. Huge open living/dining/kitchen area with 8 metre high rake timber ceilings and large stone fireplace, opening onto a large wrap around verandah with cabana and BBQ facilities.

There is every modern convenience in this amazing home – Video / DVD / Foxtel in 2 separate home theatre systems, state of the art sound system in living and external areas, back to base security, smart wiring throughout, computer and internet access; keyless entry, underfloor heating in all bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a gym with modern running machine, exercise bike and various weights. The garage can take 3 cars with several more able to be parked in the driveway. Two external showers amongst beautiful landscaped gardens at the front of the house are perfect for washing off after a surf at the beach.

There are 5 bedrooms in total plus a double bunk room set in a large playroom which also has extensive day beds. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds, both with ensuites and separate entrances – perfect for two families or one family with a nanny.

The master room occupies the top floor with its own private balcony and sweeping views of Whale Beach. The ensuite has separate access to the heated pool and rear landscaped garden area.

There are 4 bathrooms with multiple shower heads and all done in a luxury Balinese style.

The kitchen is fully equipped with commercial oven, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges – ideal for entertaining summer guests.

Tucked up in the amazing ceiling is a mezzanine level which is a chill-out area – for watching TV on the Bose home theatre system or just relaxing or reading on the day bed and enjoying the view.

Finally, there is a beautiful slate tiled swimming pool at the rear of the property. What better place to relax after a day at the beach.
