Burrawong is a child friendly 3 bedroom house with leafy views overlooking Careel Bay and Pittwater.

Situated on a quiet private road in Avalon, Burrawong is the ideal property for someone looking for a relaxing base to enjoy the spoils of the Northern Beaches of Sydney

The Master bedroom has a Queen bed as does the 2nd room. There are also 3 single beds in the 3rd room which makes it ideal for a family.

The living room opens onto a lovely balcony which captures the morning sun and is perfect for sitting back and reading the paper over a cup of coffee and breakfast.

Downstairs is a separate living room with TV which is perfect for children to entertain themselves with the parents upstairs.

With the shops of Avalon less than 3 minutes from the house and the beaches just beyond this, Burrawong is an attractive location at an affordable price for a summer holiday.
