Self-Contained Unit accommodation (Seaforth)

1 of 3 one bedroom fully self contained units situated on the Esplanade at Seaforth. Clean comfortable and very family friendly with common area where children can play or you can sit under the tree and enjoy the beautiful weather. Parkland seperates the esplanade to the beach, swimming enclosure, and childrens wading pool. The playground is over the road and the shop less than 50 metres. The bowls club is approximately 3 - 400 metres away with lovely meals, the pokies as well as bowls. There is a BMX track, tennis courts and a bus that takes you to Haliday Bay for a meal at the resort.

Fishing galore!
Bring your own tinny or choose a guided fishing tour and bask in the fishing, crabbing and prawning that Seaforth has to offer. Inshore reef and islands or creek and estuary.

National Parks
Cape Hillsborough National Park covers 816ha of rugged coastline featuring broad sandy beaches, rugged coastal landscapes and a wide diversity of plants and animals. The park has a well developed day use facility with picnic area and gas barbeques with easy access to the beach. There are several walking tracks for those wishing to work off their lunch. Newry Islands National Park - Accesible by Boat only. These islands include Rabbit, Newry, Outer Newry, Acacia, Rocky and Mausoleum. A small camping area is located on Rabbit island and bush camping is allowed at several locations in the island group. Bookings/camping permits must be obtained from QPWS in Mackay.
