Unwind in paradise and seclusion on almost two acres of beach frontage on exclusive Bedarra Island.
Bedarra Island Villa and Studio at East Bedarra Island are beach houses you read about in romantic novels but believed did not exist. This tropical nirvana wraps around a palm-framed white sand beach that boasts the bluest and warmest water with the perfect aspect. The Studio was originally built by prominent artist Noel Wood and has been beautifully maintained and renovated highlighting all historical features including the gin bottled wall and stone fireplace. The Villa is a new building with spectacular views, it takes in the beauty of distant islands of the South Pacific and beyond with a design focus that is clean and understated. The Studio which is just steps away, is behind a beautiful bamboo fence, it too reveals fabulous views if the large gate is left open. Renovated by prominent interior architect Ian Moore, the Villa and Studio are designed for relaxed living. The two bedroom villa can be booked separately and accommodates four. The Studio can accommodate three people. It has a separate one king bedroom out house and a day bed in the open plan living area that can also be used as a single bed. Ian Moore’s furniture selection and functional design is contemporary and compliments the tropical surrounds of luscious palms, white sand and turquoise sea.

The Villa and Studio have caretakers who will ensure your stay is secluded but not isolated. East Bedarra Island is privately owned by a small group of people that have exclusive private houses, there is no public access for the resort on the other side of the island and the beaches have no public access also therefore you will never see any day-trippers ensuring privacy. Bedarra Island Villa and Studio are unique with their magnificent positioning on the most beautiful Island on the Great Barrier Reef - truly paradise found!
