Illowra is a fantastic 3 bedroom house with all the modern comforts needed to make your stay one to remember.
The Master bedroom can only be described as stunning. On its own level in the house, it has 270 degree views from the bed to all aspects of the ocean and beach.
A private balcony also opens out from the Master bedroom allowing you to see all of Whale Beach and to the north. There is a full walk in robe and ensuite which also has views of the ocean.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom as well as a separate living room. Ideal for those with children as the kids can play close to their rooms if the adults want to be downstairs.
The kitchen is one people dream about. Where you can prepare meals and at the same time enjoy the best view on the coast
The Living and Dining room flow off the open plan layout and onto a superb balcony which is just perfect for dining out on or entertaining guests.

There is a 3rd indoor entertaining area that opens out onto the swimming pool and outdoor BBQ area making a huge area to laze around and relax in whilst watching those enjoying a dip in the pool. With solar heating for the pool, it makes it very inviting all year round.

The house is equipped with full reverse cycle ducted air conditioning, a sound system that can be channelled into different areas of the house, satellite TV, DVD, video, deluxe BBQ and intercom system for security.
