Well appointed 2 bedroom unit just 100 metres to Flypoint beach,short stroll to shops, RSL, marina.
Comfortably furnished with under cover carpark, fully equipped kitchen and own laundry with dryer.
An ideal escape for 2 couples or with a couple of children.

Northward is a 2 bedroom unit in a block of 8 well maintained units.It is only one street away from waterfront.
It has a private balcony with North/Easterly aspect with water/park view over Flypoint beach.

The unit is conveniently located, a short walk from Nelson Bay's CBD but 4 minutes walk to the beach and park at Fly Point and 10 minutes walk to little Beach. Across the road is NIEL CARROL ROTARY PARK with trees and shaded BARBEQUE areas.

Sleeps 4 people:A QUEEN size bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the 2nd bedroom plus a folding bed.

TOWELS , SHEETS , TEA TOWELS are not
provided but can be hired for you.
e.g. Linen cost - Double pack 4-7 nights. Packs include sheets, pillow slips, towels, tea towels, hand towel.
$30.00 for Queen and $28.00 .

Blankets, doonas and pillows are provided.

TARIFFS; A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking.

Balance of Tariff 1 week before arrival, payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard or accepted credit card or Money Order.

A $200.00 security bond is required this can be paid by credit card,cash or Bank cheque. Bond is refundable after check out inspection.This covers for extra cleaning or breakages.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING:
* More than 30 days prior to booking date will attract a full refund of the deposit however a $20.00 cancellation charge will apply,except Easter and Christmas holiday periods which require 10 weeks notice.

* For less than 30 days notice (10 weeks for Easter & Christmas) the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
Transferring of the booking to an alternate date may also be considered.
