This home is conveniently situated with 3 parks within a 2 minute walk. The central lakeside park is only a 5 minute walk away with bbq facilities, playgrounds, tennis and a café. A 5 minute drive will get you all wet and sandy at Quinns beach...

A short drive to the train station and you will find yourself in Perth City within 35 minutes, no worries! Joondalup and Hillarys Marina are a 15 and 20 minute drive respectively and the harbour at Mindarie is less than 5 minutes away. You may be lucky enough to spot one of the local dolphins as you sip a "coldie" or laze with a latte at one of the cafés or taverns.
