 House accommodation (Mollymook)

SeaSALT holiday house enjoys extensive views south of the beach and ocean, with the flashing of the Ulladulla lighthouse being visible at night. In summer you can sit out on the deck and enjoy the summer sea breeze whilst relaxing with family and friends, or take a short stroll to Mollymook Beach.

TO MAINTAIN A HIGH STANDARD OF RENTAL ACCOMMODATION WE ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO FAMILIES AND COUPLES (NOT AVAILABLE TO SCHOOLIES GROUPS).

THERE IS A NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE THE PROPERTY AND WE DO NOT PERMIT PETS.

SeaSALT was extensively renovated in November 2004. Rooms comprise three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge room, dining room, kitchen, toilet and laundry and large outdoor balcony. The house is furnished in a very modern and comfortable style and is appointed with every modern convenience including Dishwasher, Microwave, 68cm Flat Screen TV, Surround Sound plus DVD/CD/radio system, everything to ensure a relaxed and happy holiday.

There is an additional TV, DVD and XBox gaming machine (with 2 controllers) in the third bedroom, with a small selection of games and DVDs.

The large side balcony has a jarrah outdoor setting and gas stainless steel hooded BBQ.

Sleeping arrangements comprise of 3 bedrooms: Main with Queen size bed & ensuite, 2nd Bedroom - with Queen size bed, 3rd Bedroom - 2 sets of modern bunks. There is also a small room off the main bedroom that is ideal for a porta-cot for younger children.

All Doonas and pillows are supplied - all you need to bring are your sheets, pillow cases, towels and teatowels.

The house will easily accommodate 2-3 couples or 2 families - 2 couples with 4 children, unless bringing a port-a-cot for any younger children.
