Our 4.5 star accommodation is conveniently located, just a stroll to the beach, and Sawtell's quaint village is just around the corner.
Choose from award winning restaurants or simple take-aways, have a coffee or just stroll the fig tree lined First Avenue and soak up the atmosphere.
Here is (as yet) an undiscovered gem, just 10km south of the city of Coffs Harbour, which still retains its seaside village appeal and is only a short distance to all the facilities of the city.

Our B&B has been designed with the discerning guest in mind, your every need anticipated, and roomy private accommodation comprising queen bed, separate "3way" bathroom, with bath and shower, separate toilet, separate vanity, a sitting/dining room and private enclosed courtyard (with gas BBQ) and your own private keyed entry.
AND NOW we are baby friendly. We have a portacot and high chair for one baby, please contact us to pre-arrange.
All tea and coffee making facilities, plus TV, DVD, and stereo - with a selection of movies and music CDs for your entertainment. Generous free breakfast includes juices, yoghurts, fruit, cereals, eggs, toast and homemade spreads, plunger coffee and tea.
